One of a homeowners wrost nightmares. I discovered a water stain on the celing of my garage. I did what most homeowners do and panicked for a minute. I then quickly jumped on the internet to find someone to help find the problem and address any issues found. Topside was out the very next day to assess the situation and see what needs to be done. My problem turned out to be multi factoral. Dang squirrels ate parts of my pipe coverings and the bolts to my solar panels had started to leak. He walked me through every issue and potential issue while providing me with a wealth of knowledge as I am sure I asked way too many questions. He gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work that needed to be done. He was able to send out a crew the next day to fix my roof. The guys were very respectful and did a wonderful job. They showed me pictures of all the finished repairs as well as ones from mid process. Fingers crossed I dont need them again but I know I am one hurricane away from that. I will definitely be calling them when my roof needs replacement! I highly recommend them!

My experience with Topside Roofing was amazing. Let me start by saying that I did not choose this company lightly. We replaced our windows a few years ago and unfortunately had a terrible experience in which our home was left half completed and in worse condition than the start. It was a nightmare! Therefore I was very nervous to start a new project such as this.So, I completed diligent research and received 10 quotes from different companies. Not only was Topside Roofing the fairest price, they were also the most communicative by far in answering calls and questions. Kevin was extraordinarily patient by providing multiple quotes to weigh out our options, answering my many questions, and updating us regularly throughout the process. His manager Daniel was on site throughout the entire project to answer any questions I had. The construction team was talented, hard working, and very respectful. They made sure our yard was clean of any debris, metal, and nails each day which was very important given we have a dog and two young children. The result is a beautiful new metal roof. I highly recommend Topside Rofing! I would never use anyone else!

Kevin at Topside Roofing is one of the best contractors I’ve had work for me. His foreman and crew exceeded my expectations by completing my metal roof in two days with roof final on the third day beating my timeline crunch. His team worked on a professional level from start to finish making sure the grounds were kept clean throughout the process. His pricing is very competitive and he used the best quality of material and took no shortcuts. Our roof looks awesome and makes a statement. Topside roofing is truly amazing. We had our roof destroyed during Ian. The roofer we originally hired started the work, took our money and left us with no roof protection. We had indoor waterfalls everywhere when it rained and whole sections of our house became inaccessible. We lost generations of family pictures, had massive holes in our ceilings that we could not repair because they would form again from the water. They literally stole our metal off our driveway and used it on another house. Topside roofing came in and were horrified at the damage and lack of professionalism of the original roofing company. They immediately went into action drying up our roof. They replaced all the damage parts of the wood resulting from the previous roofers. In days, our roof was replaced correctly and beautifully. We no longer have to watch the weather reports so that we could put out buckets to keep the rain from flooding the inside of our home. The mental anguish we endured on a daily basis was immediately remedied. I swear it aged us. The peace of mind resulting from Topside Roofing is beyond measure. We have a beautiful home that was an eyesore in our neighborhood for almost 3 years. We had to file lawsuits and the process was drawn out and daunting. Now our home is beautiful again and most importantly safe for our children. Topside Roofing became the hero our family desperately needed. Their work is top notch. Kevin at Topside Roofing provides excellent client service. My real estate clients were purchasing a home where he had done repairs, and he went out of his way to get us needed information about the integrity of the roof, repair warranties, etc. Kevin even attended our final walkthrough inspection just before closing which brought peace of mind to my clients. The Topside guys showed up on time and did a great job repairing my facia and soffit - they even worked through a rain shower!
